We have a outbound push feature which has been designed to solve one problem and is still in beta. Work out the best way to make it more generic and production quality.

Related to #31

If it's not clear from the description above, this most definitely includes the possibility of completely deleting it and replacing it with an external product / solution.

Issues have been prioritized in v3.9 and v3.10 that supersede this initiative. There's no real information in this ticket so closing
