Superset project trial as alternative to Klipfolio

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As an impact analytics lead, I need to provide a more intuitive and scalable interface for partners to visualize user health data (as a replacement for current dashboard tools), so that I can easily deploy them to CHEW's and other administrators who require them for reporting purposes

Describe the solution you'd like identify an opportunity to pilot Superset that would:

• Prove the promise and potential problems in using it as an alternative to Klipfolio
• Be relatively quick to produce, e.g. the dashboard is relatively simple and we’re rebuilding something that already exists in Klipfolio so we don’t need to do a ton of cycles with design
• It’s either an internal dashboard or it’s for a partner who is super patient, so we don’t have to worry about timelines or perception of quality.

Describe alternatives you've considered Klipfolio (as currently deployed)

Additional context Ona currently uses Superset and Postgres and offered (a while ago) to give a behind the scenes look if we are interested

FWIW... the Nepal team has already piloted some dashboards in Superset (cc: @binokaryg @ashish-medic).
