Would love to be the part of this as some of our use case are around the FHIR as the proof of concept for integration of Longitudinal data to Facility based care.

Hi @psunjay ! The best place for discussion about this feature is as a reply to this forum post, that way we can get more community discussion. Some key info would be more details about the system you're integrating with (is it open source, does it use openhie architecture, etc), more info about your deployment (where it is, interventions, etc), what workflows you're hoping to achieve with interop (referrals, community follow up, etc), and anything else you can think of!
