Description: routine troubleshooting and debugging on technical issues raised by MoH Kenya technical team and users.

The efforts here will be led by programs in conjunction with the ecosystems focus group. Most of the requirements will be defined at MoH Kenya level then trickle down to Medic, the focus group will come up with a technical approach for implementation. Deliverables are;
