Deploy cht-sync on MoH Kenya servers #127

We need to deploy cht-sync on MoH Kenya servers using Kubernetes and have all 47 instances sending data to the staging database. The helm chart is ready so this ticket is for tracking the actual deployment.

An update from slack: There is a migration workshop set up this week with time allocated for this exercise. We will await progress from the team at the workshop.

An instance was set up and data is being synced. There is an issue with 500 errors from the instances that we still need to look into so leaving this ticket open.

This can be closed now since cht-sync was deployed and has been running on MoH server for a few days now. Slack thread for details.
