When running CHT Sync locally with Docker and running the couchdb container there is no easy way to see the sync process other than manually adding docs to couchdb via curl or fauxton.
Describe the solution you'd like
Incorporate the test data generator to provide users a way to add custom docs in an automated way and possibly at a defined interval so that the "near real time" nature of CHT Sync can be apparent.

Manually having docs defined and uploaded by a script like we had before
