Hey @njuguna-n main is broken (unrelated to last merge, some dependency thing with dbt-postgres) and the robots said I'm not allowed to push directly to main, so can you give this a quick review

I don't know exactly what the problem is; adding build-essential will fix it and hopefully avoid similar issues in future.
