Cleanup source folders structure

What is a lib and what is a service? Is this the right organisation for our code?

Alternative would be:

• folder for validation (10 files)
• folder for upload-manager (5 files)
• remove services
• folder for libs (14 files)
• are plugins and types folders useful?
