It has been awhile since we have bumped any versions (both for the test dependencies and for the included services (Grafana, Prometheus, etc)).

@jkuester have we considered using dependabot for this repo, similar to what cht-core does? Any blocker for not enabling it?

We could use dependabot for the test dependencies, but IIRC the last time Mokhtar checked, there was nothing analogous that would help with our docker image versions.... :thinking:
