Fixes:

Loading cht with pre-existing data
Loading cht with non-standard subPath (Let's say you're migrating from an upgraded instance or a docker deployment)
Other bug fixes and typos.

Sometimes we have xfs and partition 2, and that would be a different storageclass ebs-xfs. This all could be a different PR though
