Remove medic-docs content transitioned to doc new site #228

All content from medic-docs that has been moved to the new doc site should be removed from medic-docs to avoid confusion and stale content.

Once all content has been removed we can see discuss what to do with the remaining content (eg move it, or archive repo)

@michaelkohn, @MaxDiz, @n-orlowski and I did a pass at all medic-docs content and ported over relevant content that wasn't yet in the new doc site. From that exercise it appears as though all content is either now in the new doc site (cht-docs), or no longer relevant. Rather than deleting the ported content, it may make sense to archive the repo instead.
