Removes the script used to collect logs #32

Because it doesn't stream this script can use all available disk space. As it didn't appear to be used we're removing it rather than fixing it.

No closely-held objection to removing it, but it definitely streams at this level. If you're certain this won't be useful for capturing logs via SSH or medic-conf or the like, LGTM.
