Description This repository needs some alignment with our current work style:

Please update the default branch to master or main, which it needs to be updated with the latest production code.
Tag versions to have a reference point on reproducible installs.
Update the CHANGES file or change to our usual release notes.

@garethbowen do we need to add something else in this ticket? Travis to GHA maybe?

Let's raise that as a separate issue. Both will need to be solved next time we want to make changes.
