Clean up the forked code
Hardcode our RP server URL
Add CI to publish built apks as GH releases
Reduce polling interval so responses are sent more responsively
Change the app id, name, and icon to differentiate the app from the official android-channel app

Assessment from trying to deploy Androidchannel in the Goma deployment. It would be worth a discussion with @kennsippell to decide if it's worth investing more effort here.
