@Yachtexplorer1 You need to enable the Medical ID accessibility service. Here is a video that shows how to do it:

If the widget still does not appear or disappear after some time, I suggest following what is explained on the next page to fix the issue:
The double tap message now appears on my lock screen but a double tap does not open the apps medical info

I have a Samsung galaxy 20+ on ATT. The is no link to medical ID on my lock screen. How do I enable this?
