Crash when choosing Color menu item #78

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launch Quill
2. tap menu icon
3. tap "Color" menu item

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Color selection dialog to display.  Instead, an error message 
displayed "Unfortunately, Quill has stopped." and Quill closes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Quill 10.3, Android 4.1.1

Please provide any additional information below.

This is fixed in v10.4. For some reason the SDK forgot to include the color 
selection library :-/
