Feature Request for Page Reordering #95

I love Quill, and thank everyone involved in making such a terrific product.  I 
was wondering if it would be possible to add a feature to allow me to reorder 
the pages in a notebook, so that if I continue a thought began in an earlier 
section, I can move it to be with the earlier section.  I am trying not to let 
my tag list grow too large, and would like this feature, if possible.
