Persist cache? #76

Can cache be persisted and loaded to, say, local storage?

At this point it's not easily possible, but it'll be addressed with v1 (see proposed API: https://github.com/medikoo/memoizee/issues/73 ), which I should start addressing in next days.

As same feature was requested with #33 I'm closing this as duplicate.
