serverless-plugin-vpc-eni-cleanup not working with other plugins

We are using these plugins and serverless-plugin-vpc-eni-cleanup is not working in combination with one of them.

plugins:

• serverless-plugin-vpc-eni-cleanup
• serverless-domain-manager
• serverless-plugin-resource-tagging
• serverless-prune-plugin
• serverless-plugin-canary-deployments
• serverless-offline

Previously we've faced such behaviour with serverless-deployment-bucket and later we removed this plugin. Sorry, I am a bit tired of chasing serverless plugin issues so not providing any test results.

Expected behaviour:

• service is removed within less than 10 minutes

Actal behaviour:

• service removal takes more than 40 minutes

@zumby thanks for reporting, still with this kind of information it's hard to say anything. Best if you manage to create the smallest reproducible case and submit it somewhere so I can confirm the issue locally. Having that possibly I'd be able to help
