support multimedia content? #115

Users cannot reply with multimedia content, unless it is linked out to.... do we want to allow photo / video embeds? Maybe not in replies but maybe answers that are links to videos / photos / audio can be directly included in the page.

I was thinking about this feature too.

I think multimedia hosting is a can of worms and I don't think we want to allow embeds.

However, I think we should auto-detect popular multimedia hosting services like YouTube, Vimeo, Flickr, Twitpic, Imgur (we should talk about what should be on this list or make it easy for a user to request a new service) from a link's url and embed the item on our end.
