reply'ing directly to an answer with a clip breaks before we get to the clipper interface #123

Internal Server Error is given

1.) ask a question 2.) answer the question 3.) reply to the answer, enter a url, and submit

appears to be an issue in both admin mode and user mode

urls.py was changed requiring topic ids so clipper knew which topic to redirect the user to after we finished clipping. the path on the reply form was never updated to reflect this change.
