Answers from user type reporters should be allowed to directly attribute a comment in the answer field to a user without being required to enter a URL.
Enter a source feature should allow for a Title field and institution field (both fields should be searchable so that users can see which institutions include which sources, and see what each source has said over time)
Answers attributed to sources should appear differently from other answers... namely the name and institution of a source should be displayed after the quote (in links that searches for either field as mentioned above) and they should probably be shaded a different color than a clipped answer
