Editing topic summaries from a topic page is broken #155

To replicate:

Log in as a user with 'reporter' privileges
Browse to a topic page (e.g. https://sourcerer.us/topic/3/)
Click on the 'Update summary'

What should happen:

A form with a TinyMCE editor appears

What happens:

The form is not displayed

Errors:

g is null (javascript error) (in the Firefox Error console)
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'replace' of null (in Chrome Javascript Console)

This is fixed in commit f0ece033283eafd1ecc4ff984dda496d076c318f

At some point it looks like the topic summary wrapper div's class changed from .topic-summary to .topiclist_summary. This change was breaking the code to open the TinyMCE editor for the topic summary.

This underscores the importance of doing a thorough search and replace when renaming anything!

I pushed this change to the master and production branches and deployed it to the production instance.
