User is prompted to download JSON file when deleting a comment. #157

Rich Gordon reported this issue on the production instance.

There was a “Just testing?” comment that I attempted to delete, and when I clicked the “Submit” button, I was prompted to download a JSON file. When I closed that prompt, it appears I did successfully delete the comment, but I don’t know why I got that JSON-download prompt.
