Clipper metadata additions (reporter name, title, pub date, etc)

In addition to the clip itself, the clipper needs to collect the following info (likely user submitted) to facilitate the timeline-y features:

• Reporter name
• Publication name
• Publication date
• Article title

Clipper will try and pull out an author and a title. It's not the most robust solution that works on some local and major news sites (evanstonnow, roundtable, nytimes). Users are asked to verify the meta data and enter in the correct data.
