This is on both a deployed and my local instance.

Looks like Steve fixed this in commit 0b5ed3c589843a5da665, but it's sort of a hacky fix. Should clean this up tomorrow.

This is cleaned up now. The frontpage view is still temporary. It shows a blank page if there's no topics and redirects to the first published topic if there is one.
