This issue affects the Ad-hoc guideline:

the example coordinates are the wrong way round so the -4.0834 should align with the primaryXcoordinate and vice versa
Within the description, Latitude is mentioned in primaryXcoordinate where this should be in primaryYcoordinate and vice versa. The actual text is correct, just the words Latitude and Longitude need to be swapped around.
