ensure format for ReferenceImageID is machine readable

for the ‘sampleReferenceImageID’ field within the sample event form the example states ‘Stills taken at 1 minute intervals during each video tow to capture information for analysis of set areas of seabed. Images were submitted to MEDIN using data guideline on digital images. Images reference numbers are: Fladden_02mar08_01 to Fladden_02mar08_68’ – so unfortunately MAIMS will not be able to deal with this as it’s not computer readable – we use this field for MAIMS to extract specific images, and where there are multiple images for each sample/survey event these would be listed by using a semicolon (E.g. 1714S_SBR_TS30_S01_IMG_01;1714S_SBR_TS30_S01_IMG_06).

Free text information can be stored in other fields like sampleNotes
