@antoinepairet This PR includes the changes by A. Duchâteau that remove Agenda and CalendarItem documents from the view.
This is a bit unfortunate. Olivier tells me that it has nothing to do with the sumehr export.
If we decide to revert that part of the commit, we should take care to restore it later.
