This PR adds a view to query the invoice by sending mode and status.

The view has the following keys :

hcParty: the hcParty from the delegations (mandatory)
sendingMode: the sending mode (enum : "OP", "EATTEST", "EFACT", "PATIENT", "UNKNOWN")
status: the invoice status (enum: "TOBESENT", "PENDING", "TOBESENT", "TREATED", "ARCHIVED")
date: timestamp format
