Re-Integrate DSF for development setup #48

There should be additional information on how to integrate the DSF into the setup, specifically for development.

@EmteZogaf - maybe we can refer to https://github.com/medizininformatik-initiative/feasibility-dsf-process/issues/101 and describe how the dsf test setup can be integrated with the feasibility-deploy.

The integration should work on two levels:

  1. It should be possible to run the DSF from a localhost IDE so that the process could for example be triggered from a feasibility backend running on localhost
  2. It should be possible to run the DSF in the local docker network and it should integrate with the standard setup of the feasibility deploy repo when run in the appropriate compose project
