Create Integration tests

Integration tests should be created, which allow one to generate an ontology for each specific configuration.

The tests should:

• Include all the different types (reference, composite, numerical, codeable concept)
• Include all the different elments: timeRestriction, defining code, attributes, value
• Each test should generate an excerpt of a full ontology (ui_profiles, ui_tree, fhir_mapping, cql_mapping, backend_sql)
• Existing fhir profiles can be used to (e.g. bloodPressure from gecco to test composites ), but should be added to the repository under test
• The Ontology Server Response should be mocked for the tests, to ensure that the ontology for the test does not get to big and to make it testable without the ontology server dependency
