What about the anatomical site ontology attributes (MIABIS-SAMPLE-05...MIABIS-SAMPLE-09)? Specimen has a bodySite element, which is a reference to BodyStructure FHIR profile, but I am not shure, how appropriate? - Would an extension make sense here?
