Es gibt ein paar Felder innerhalb der IHC, mit denen ich primär nichts anfangen konnte. Die scheinen aber alle PD-L1-spezifisch zu sein.

TPS (Tumor Proportion Score) focuses on the proportion of tumor cells that express PD-L1. CPS (Combined Positive Score) includes both tumor cells and infiltrating immune cells expressing PD-L1 in its calculation. IC (Immune Cell Score) solely considers PD-L1 expression on immune cells in the tumor microenvironment. TC (Tumor Cell Score) assesses PD-L1 expression only on tumor cells.
