Tags doesn't work #7

On the default content area, you can use hashtags to create quick links for filters. This doesn't happens with the extension.

As with issue #6, we can't have automatic tag links as this could conflict with the Markdown syntax.

I like the idea of supporting tags though, perhaps it could be provided by wrapping the hash in <>

<#myHash>

What do you think?

It would be better than having no support, in my opnion.
