Connect books with copyright release forms #14

There are many volumes that we have digitized and submitted to HathiTrust based on copyright release forms. However, we don't have any system that connects copyright release forms and those affected by the form. I think we should build some kind of system or database that will keep track of each copyright release form for the following:

  1. copyright holder with contact information
  2. title of the item
  3. local system ID (BibID) and OCLC number
  4. volume info, if applicable
  5. digitization agency.

Further discussion is needed to identify critical information we should capture and how we should manage all copyright release forms.
