Now Reader (currently only multisource input plugin) uses a node to set the sources
Multisource input plugins can group maps by source.
Action plugin linked groups uses the map position rather than the trigger.
Fixed some headers
Added docs
Updated all input plugins to the new format.
Added new tools.
