Add support for Dart SASS #7

As for double-dash.scss, the plan is to ship Dart SASS support in 1.0, starting by a RC version that I’ll test in all my projects. Version 0.x will remain for the good ol’ SASS spec (node-sass).

PR status:

[x] all features works in Dart SASS
[x] documentation has been adapted
[x] the code doesn’t use @import anymore
[x] 1.0.0-rc.0 is published and tagged as dart-sass, like double-dash.scss

Easings list is now a variable, not an argument anymore: you can use it in your project without importing the whole library.
