messagingmenu-sharp's configure phase was passing when the gapi tools were not actually installed. This was a bug in its configure.ac which was fixed here: https://github.com/meebey/messagingmenu-sharp/commit/68bebcd0a499a7640f9063d67459868b21e5c02c
