Updated README #23

The following ergonomic changes were made :

  1. Linked the header to the Check official website
  2. The very obtrusive warning message on line 9 was formatted to create a separation from page titles while also maintaining its importance
  3. A table of content was created for the documentation to make it more presentable and easy to use
  4. The MIT Licensing reference was added to the README and so was the badge.
