@caiosba @adamhooper The idea for Adding Table of Content to Readme.md to add additional enhancement and readability to the docs file.

So that hopping on readme file is quite handful and easy win 👍 I would like to work on this issue.

HEY @bharrod321 I HAVE REQUESTED MODERATORS SO THAT I CAN WORK ON THIS, SO YOU CAN EXPLORE OTHER ISSUES :)

Hi! Thank you both for your interest! For now (during Hacktoberfest) we are not accepting PRs for small changes on documentation, like adding links or table of contents. We hope you can work on another issue :slightly_smiling_face:
