Hi @Better-Boy! Thank you for your interest! For now (during Hacktoberfest) we are not accepting PRs for small changes on documentation, like adding links or table of contents. We hope you can work on another issue :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi @danielafeitosa Thanks for reviewing the PR.

When any user lands upon this repository, owing to the multi-component nature of this repository, I'm sure they will have lots of questions regarding the code. But no where it's mentioned in the repo on how to contact you guys. So, I have added the "Get Help" Section for users to contact you guys.

If it's already mentioned in the repo, I'll accept this PR as invalid.
