Merging repeat notes #34

While in the ideal, highly-capacitated classroom all students read all notes before posting their own thoughts, that isn't realistic and besides, 2 people can be working on a similar question at the same time. However as already mentioned in issue #28 there needs to be a way to merge 1 note into another while maintaining some attribution and also reflecting the timeline of the original posting. As mentioned in #28 my classes have addressed this somewhat with riseaboves but not ideal and not a solution for the various situations where dupes happen.

When working with comment types that summarize (or merge) multiple contributions, it would be important to have some 'real-time' signal that this was happening to a set of contributions and perhaps ideally some way to lock-out this possibility if one of the notes to be merged was being worked upon (edited). Also, some way to inhibit replying to a post that is in the process of being summarized/merged. Idea will be generalized in #40 (done).
