No VNC, XServer or SSH #259

I am not exactly sure what the problem is honestly, I'm not a tremendous expert in this, although I did work through quite a few problems successfully (all the problems associated with using a rooted Samsung stock rom and not having any computer to attach it to - SD card write privileges, permissions of more than a dozen different write locations, formatting issues, SELINUX enforcing permissive, etc. are solved). At this point, it isn't starting VNC or SSH - and if it is starting SSH, it isn't letting me get in using an SSH client (i set the connection to root@127.0.0.1, and it says "connection refused"). Here is my log, just a start and a stop:

I tried to install it with XServer and had equally bad luck. It seems like there are files missing.

[14:08:06] SSH :22 ... sed: /data/data/ru.meefik.linuxdeploy/linux/mnt/etc/ssh/sshd_config: No such file or directory [14:08:06] stdin: is not a tty [14:08:06] /etc/ssh/sshd_config: No such file or directory [14:08:06] fail [14:08:06] X Server ... Failed to start message bus: Failed to open "/etc/dbus-1/system.conf": No such file or directory [14:08:06] stdin: is not a tty

when I try to go reconfigure, it starts, and then after a few items in it says "E: dpkg was interrupted. you must manually run dpkg --configure -a to correct the problem" - I understand that it might be able to fix it, but when I tried to run it as a command it said "dpkg: not found"

my device status is as follows:

Try completely uninstalling, then updating to the latest version. It seems the install had some issues.

I have successfully installed kali linux in my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 but when I connect through vnc, I am getting a blank screen with a mouse cursor. I am also getting an error that oh no something has gone wrong, and getting logout Burton. Please help me to get rid of this issue. Thank you
