Services failure 'mesg: ttyname faiiled: Inappropiate ioctl for device' #449

The error 'mesg: ttyname faiiled: Inappropiate ioctl for device' appears whenever I try starting Kali Linux on Linux Deploy, right after I start services.

Starting services: SSH [:22] ... mesg: ttyname faiiled: Inappropiate ioctl for device done VNC [:5900] ... mesg: ttyname faiiled: Inappropiate ioctl for device

New 'X' desktop is localhost:0

After this I try connected to it with VNC viewer which works but then when connected all that shows is an 'X' with a static 'checkerboard' background.

EDIT: One more thing, whenever I check status, it shows that the SSH service is running but not GUI.

The easiest way to reinstall your GNU/Linux.

Same issue here, tried different platforms (ubuntu, kali linux, debian) and architectures. Also, firefox doesn't seem to work and many terminal commands.

Device: Galaxy s8+ Ps: will include logs on request

same here after busybox install ssh worked just one time with config.ssh.shell="bash"
