Procedure: Through Linux Deploy Settings, I choosed Kali distro and kali-rolling suite. Choosed external sd card, installation type 'file', image size 'auto', and other all as same as stock settings. Then I clicked in Install within the settings and clicked on Start, it took sometimes than completed. One lib file wasn't succeeded.
