What if a well-documented and seemingly functioning pipeline just doesn't work on your data? To get help, always provide

copy data (anonymous!) to a folder under /public/your_user_name
provide a script/notebook that reproduces the problem on the data in public

Example-page of such an approach on the wiki, anyone?
