Code TODO before submitting

This is not a list of what'd be nice to have but what's crucial for the reviewers to do inspect our code / software contribuion. We should make sure all points are addressed within till next Monday.

I can take care of the release of mne-features

@robintibor is on the braindecode release.

I think it would be good to restructure the repo a bit. Put all configs in one subfolder, all compute_ into another, all convert_ into a third. And, of course, make sure that everything runs from scratch. I was never able to run a full pipeline without errors which is why Hubert did all the computations.
