Can't make boxfiles 'cause of "Leptonlib.lib" not installed.

Orhwell, hi all.
First of all, I'm trying to make a new leng-charset using guide on site, but 
I've got problems when I'm trying to make a new box file using "tesseract.exe" 
(downloaded by site, indeed)with params.. But instead having the normal BOX 
file, I had an error box that's saying:
"Can't launch program because leptonlib.dll isn't into pc. Try to re-install 
it" (At least, the sense is that o-o)

Gosh, I've tried to download that leptonlib.dll, the WHOLE project of it, but I 
can't understand how to install it.. I've got Windows Seven x64 and I'm making 
that new charset into Tesseract 3.00.1 (the yet complied one) and I've tried to 
clean&compile the 3.0 one (the opened code).. But, of course, it didn't give 
back to me anything except some noisy errors.. ._.

I just want to build that new box file, I really need it, guys, more than my 
girlfriend ._.
Can anyone help me? *w*
