Not a bug, MeanTextConf() question #535

I want to use the MeanTextConf() function to determine if an image has any 
"usable" text in it before writing that text to an output file. Does anyone 
have a suggestion as to a good default value I can use to check against (as an 
example say if MeanTextConf() returns anything lower than 60 is probably not 
worth using)?
